The Salon at Town Dog
Town Dog is a full service grooming salon, open Monday – Saturday by appointment. Grooming services are available to all dogs in Andover and the surrounding communities as well as dogs who use Town Dog’s daycare and boarding program. Town Dog requires a copy of your dog’s current rabies certificate prior to your dog’s appointment.
At Town Dog we provide gentle, caring grooming for every stage of your dog’s life. Our modern salon is designed to keep your puppy comfortable with specialty tubs and tables, top of the line equipment and high-quality grooming products. Our stylists are dedicated to bringing out the best in your dog with gentle caring respect. We closely monitor your dog’s overall well-being and inform you of any changes we see such as new growth or changes in the skin, coat, ear, and oral health. We also maintain files to ensure that your dog receives the same individualized care each time they visit.

Services & Pricing
Grooming is by appointment: Town Dog offers appointments 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday. Appointments can be scheduled in person, by email or by phone. On-line booking is not available.
Pricing: There are many variables that will determine the cost of grooming for your dog. Prices will vary depending on the breed of dog, their size, the condition of the dog’s coat, desired hair cut, when they were last groomed, and their behavior. Extra charges may apply if your dog requires special handling, additional time, or de-matting. Please phone us at 978-783-3069 if you would like an estimate.
Basic Bath: Includes bath, brush-out, nail trim, nail file and ear cleaning. Anal Gland expression is an additional $10 by request.
Full Groom: Includes bath, brush-out, nail trim, nail file, ear care, sanitary, feet and full body cut with clippers and/or scissors. Anal gland expression is an additional $10 by request.
Express Groom: A start-to-finish groom with no interruptions. Express grooms are schedules at the beginning of the day when few dogs, if any, are in the salon. It is a perfect option for dogs who need to be in and out of the salon as quickly as possible. Only dogs who tolerate hand-held dryers are eligible. This service is an additional $50 for express baths or $60 for express haircuts.

Salon Director
Dannielle joined Town Dog in 2017 with over 20 years of grooming experience. As Salon Director, she is instrumental in the Grooming Salon’s growth & development while leading a fabulous team of professional pet stylists.
Prior to joining Town Dog, Dannielle worked in New Hampshire as a professional groomer and was the Co-Director & Instructor of All Dog’s Gym & Inn Professional Grooming School. Dannielle is first and foremost a Mom to three lively sons and three wonderful rescue pups!
Brittany L.
Brittany joined Town Dog in 2023 with over 7 years of professional grooming experience. One of our daycare clients, Ibid the Shih Tzu, introduced us and we are grateful! Brittany is an excellent stylist & a wealth of knowledge when it comes to “best in show” tools & products. Outside of the salon, Brittany enjoys time with her husband and family which includes four frisky felines!

Christina joined Town Dog in June 2024 with over 10 years of professional grooming experience. For the past three years, Christina worked at another private salon in Andover and prior to that, she worked at a corporate salon in Salem, NH for seven years. When Christina is not working, she enjoys time at home with her husband and two little girls!
Sabrina A.
Sabrina joined Town Dog in November 2017 after working 4 years at another local grooming salon. Not only is Sabrina recognized as a fabulous stylist, but she is also well known for her patience & handling skills with dogs who are nervous or fearful. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys sleeping & eating as well as spending time with her family including her husband, baby girl & yorkie mix Eevee.
Shawna S.
Shawna joined Town Dog in September 2018, first as a dog daycare attendant and later as a bather brusher. After significant hands-on training and after completing Paragon’s Pet Stylist program, Shawna joined our salon team on a full-time basis in 2021. In 2024 she became a Senior Stylist having excelled in all matters of grooming. Shawna loves animals and enjoys caring for her small home zoo and pug Rimmin during her free time.
