Tom joined Town Dog in 2024 with 10 years of experience as a dog trainer and 3 years as a dog daycare manager. At Town Dog and in his role as Daycare Director, Tom is focused on the continued development of Town Dog’s daycare while leading a fabulous team of 15 dog handlers. With his leadership, Town Dog has introduced more training based and enrichment activities for the dogs in our care.
Tom started his dog training career at Blue Dog Pet Care in 2016 after a long career in the tech industry. While at Blue Dog, Tom earned his CPDT-KA while hosting dog training classes, private training sessions, and walking dogs. Combined with his 3 years of dog daycare management experience, Tom was a natural fit for Town Dog’s position of Daycare Director. Outside of work, Tom is an avid golfer, hiker and diehard Bruins fan. Most of all, he enjoys time with his family and dog Monty.
